Easy Returns

We are sorry if our selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction. We accept returns on merchandise within 10 days from date of delivery. We require items to be in their original condition and our authentic packaging. Your return will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that any damaged, used, or altered returns will not be accepted.

If you are past 10 days from date or receipt, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Merchandise returned to ETEREO will be processed within 3-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.

To request a return please send us a message with your order number and reason for return, and you will receive instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, you may select the carrier of your choice. 

We do not assume responsibility for compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
